amidst the killing wait... I have a doubt regarding if SIDBI wud be worth going for if one has to prepare for RBI grd B.
I have been selected for FCI AG-3, although the pay is half of that of SIDBI but the question is with the 3yr/2lac bond with SIDBI and long work timings i wont be able to study ( I have had similar experiences while working as bank po in BoB), while the ultimate aim is RBI for sure, wud it be better to go for FCI than SIDBI as I wud have ample time for preparations...
Guys since I was not able to clear the SIDBI exam now thinking about po..... Can any 1 tell me the banks which do not have any bond? one which I know it's idbi since one of friend works there. Any ideas about the other one with any bond or bound of one year only.
