Guys this sidbi 2016 thread has just 820 followers.. of the 1lakh people who answered the exam, less than a 1000 are here.. and the people who r here are the serious candidates at the least so any prediction of cutoff frm here wud be a high estimate.. jus saying

Its been more than a week after our exam.. I think it's time now we start a separate interview thread and start discussing about interviews .. What say people?

got this question from facebook.

Statements:
All books are papers
Some pens are papers

All pens are rubber

Conclusions:

1. Some rubbers are paper

2. Some books are paper

1) Only 1 follow
2) Only 2 follows
3) None follow
4) Either 1 or 2 follows
5) Both follow

all people are telling answer will be 5.but if "all books are paper" has been assigned,how can we choose "some books are paper" as one of the conclusions?all cannot be equal to some."some papers are books" would have been absolutely right but "some books are paper " is wrong in this context as per my understanding.what are ur views on this ?  @bugsbunnyloony

on the point of normalisations,is the marks of the lower side increased or that of the higher side decreased?which way is the balance done? any ideas   @yolowarrior  @bugsbunnyloony  or others ?

In ibps po or clerical exams,there is a separate punishment for lack of accuracy,apart from the 1/4th negative with wrong attempts.does anyone know how this formula works,I mean the accuracy point. @yolowarrior @bugsbunnyloony @dreambegins

Friends in some notificaion i noted that total salary is 70 k per month without accommodation but with accommodation it ll 46k.i dono y dis much amount ll be reduced for accommodation and anything special to reduce 30k rupees for that housing facility?
