Yes, the meeting point will be A, but there is an additional question at the end.. and the wordings are different 😃

Speeds 2x 3x, time taken to meet first time 50/x for the next 22 meets 22*100/x total time 2250/x , esta travels 2250*2 metres in that time, that's 90 complete rounds, so comes back to A.

Approach:

Found the points for meeting. (It was easy in this case, because the ratio of the speeds was not greater than 1.5) (So, between each meet, Estallar12 travels 40 m, and apna hanush travels 60m)

Meeting points - C(20 m from A), D(40 m from A), A(0 m from A)

First meeting - C

Second -> D

Third - A

Fourth - D

Fifth - C

Sixth - C

So, CDADC pattern repeats -> 23rd point = 3rd point = A

He visits point C and D 9 times each and A, 4 times before the 23rd meeting.
