Mark the match boxes as 1,2,..10
Use 1 match stick from the first one, 2 from second and so on...
Take the weight.. The weight should have been 1*1 + 2*1 + 3*1 + .. and so on
Deviation from that weight = box number

Every week a walk-in take place there , few of my friends got placed in Huwaii , Accenture , Cognizant and even IBM there ....Yeah if you don't have 60% throughout you might face few issue and won't be called for developer profile , but a solution to this is start with testing profile and gradually move to software ,IT companies like Aricent holding , don't have such criteria.
Otherwise , walk-in is just a cakewalk ...
