employment trends for youth says that nearly half the population of

activities are on the increase

Hmm 3 is close but wrong.It is 2 as the scale of problem is mentioned in 3 but the main focus is on the challenge instead of scale while the penultimate sentences focus on scale of the problem.

You never end a para by introducing a new idea.Here the new idea was that anti-social activities are on the increase.The para never dealt with that so learn to ignore such options however appealing they may seem to u.
