just a query, a 3 hr webinar will eat up how much data. is it same as downloading a 3 hr movie . Pardon me , i m just a civil engineer 😛

Depend on the size and quality of the video, It might be same as 3hr movie or may be more than that. Of course it can also be less than that.

would be definately less India doesnt have very high speed internet anything above 240p cant run seamlessly everywhere in India, and that too means 60Kbps which needs to constantly avialable :D

Should be less, I doubt they are gonna put up a very high resolution video coz then it wouldn't buffer for most people :p
