Anyway, go for your Job. Prepare for CAT while working. Presuming that you have not filled CAT'12 application, you will get to appear for it the next year. So, obviously till then you will have to work and gain experience. So, Job then MBA --.> "Kyun ho gaya na" :mg:

Having some experience before entering a B-school is good & B-school do have a proclivity towards such students but it is not either a necessary or a sufficient condition to enter a B-school. Freshers are also taken in a good number.
You can give a shot at XAT 2013 but then, I must tell you - XAT paper is a bit tough and so you need to prepare nicely for it if you wanna get into XLRI and not XIMB or some other B-school.
