@hanushanand Zero romance in Saving Private Ryan. Character development tha, to accha laga tha. Nahi to baaki movies mein bas patriotic over the top dialogues hi dikhaate rehte hai. Also, the opening scene of Ryan was riveting... Final scene to apne Border ke Sunny paaji ne bhi copy kiya tha.

So going through the entire series with people you recognize etc makes you identify when a guy loses an arm or a leg. It is not a general "oh it's war, everyone loses an arm and a leg.". :P

Choddo yeh sci-fi / violence.. watch Prom night, Bring it on series 😛 (this will help you in RC, because nowadays I see that in every other RC, american values and shallow culture ki udate rehte hai .. so that can get you a visual dilemna of the norms and values of the declining American culture.. and help understand the empirical and normative aspects 😐

@hanushanand Hmm try karna zaroor. 1 hour x 10 episodes ka mini series. Even has interviews from some actual WWII veterans at the end of most episodes (who are depicted in the series). 9.6 aise hi thodi na hai IMDB pe. :)
