See, I am giving CAT on 21st. Hoga then uski preparations.. otherwise i'll start preparing for GATE! And Believe me.. with an aptitude like yours.. zyada pangga nhi hai GATE nikaalna.. I gave GATE last to last year.. coz we have some scholships issue.. Bina Padhe I scored a reasonable rank of 1408 i.e. arnd 95.2 .. and by bina padhe.. i literally mean bina padhe.. and i also no good at civil.. 6.5 cgpa.. so basically questions are very easy.. bas attempt all the last year's papers.. Though the competition is a lot tougher now since past year.. becoz of all that MADE EASY coaching.. but still if you devote arnd 1-2 months of prep.. So I guess you can make it thru.. atleast you can give it a try!
You went through last year's papers atleast right ? I had my NMIMS or SIBM interivew just a day before GATE so was preparing for that the whole last 2 weeks. Landed to my city and appeared for GATE just few hours after that.
I know what GATE needs is just "basic knowledge" tabhi I was able to score 99.2x but right now, if someone would turn up and ask me "how a motor actually works" or "make a Diagram of a 3-phase Inverter/Chopper", I will certainly go blank for a few seconds. That's how it is with me. Sudden question and I'm like :O
Flash-back ke bhi chances bleak hai ab toh. Itna saara kaun padhega ek month main !!
And I had some rank in laste 900s. Sab kat chuka tha usmein - Wanted a job and not a M.Tech Degree jo 900+ pe ho jaati easily

Karna bahut kuch alag tha yaar.
And as for the matter of my Life (screwed).. I am no good at civil.. or software or even finance or eco as of now.. So I was planning to get into any iim (read C).. so that I can save my ass from Job for next 2 years.. as i dont really think ki meri job lagegi idhar se!! Coz core companies are either very less or they pay very less.... banking sector mere collg me kam aata hai .. and comm skills wale bando ko le jata hai .. rest is all IT .. which is not my cup of tea... so i was thinking ki mba karenge seriously.. will get a job frm there.. then see further.. otherwise isme nhi hua.. then will give it a try next year.. and als prepare for GATE or PSU's dilli me job leke ... wahiin weekends ki coaching!
P.S. - I like studying at coachings for hours if taught well! But khud se nhi padhta bilkul bhi.. 😁

still.. scores lana tumhare hath me h( considering normalisation wale love u) but apni professional or academic history badalna humare hath me nahi....
