it's like this. chrome started shipping a new update automatically after every 6 weeks.
they have a great team and even though some new updates have bugs they fix it soon.
FF felt left out. previously they used to update once an yr or so. with competition from chrome they also moved to automatic updates every 6 weeks. however unlike google they couldn't add many developers to keep up with this rapid release cycle (money constraints). hence the buggy new updates from FF.

I guess it becoz of the time contraint while giving Mocks. We try to do it in lesser time...being oversmart...over appxmting the stuff... and ultimately get the wrong by a whisker !
