this makes exactly 3 = 85 and ex 1 = 15 or case2 - ex 3 = 70 and ex 2 = 15+15=30.
Now we have to place 60.
Case 1 - to max ex 3 we have to put min of 60 in 85. Outside 85 only 15 is there so min we can put 45. left = 85-45 = 40- ex 3.
Outside 15 now ex 2. and we have 10 left for sans to place. place it outside. Max ex 3 = 40+10=50
Case 2 - to max ex 3 again we should put min inside 70 and max outside 70. so again we can place 30 inside and 30 outside. max ex 3 = 70-30+30=70. ex 4 = 30. Place sans 10 inside ex 4 . and That makes ex 3 max = 70 :O
