If u select white first, and want to select a white again, then there are 16 such whites for which u would be left with 18 blacks and 9 such whites for which u would be left with 16 blacks.
So both you and @ankita14 are correct in ur observation but missed a certain detail.
So in this case total = 32*(16*18 + 9*16)/2 = 32*24*18/2. Which will always be the answer,
THere is no max and min here.

Its beter to do BWW because then you're only dealing with whites after the first selection.
