Exactly. It is just an individual's perception. Mostly, the mentors have taken the test yesterday and given their views. Last year, the first day slot had a very easy QA paper and so they are just comparing it with that first day paper. They had taken CAT on first day lasy year too and this year too, so their review is just biased.
This year's first day slot were comparitively difficult to last year's 1st day slots but not the slots on other days. Chill maaro yaar.

Not true. Last year, a friend who knows less than half the quant I do found the quant paper very easy and sailed through with just 22 attempts, sirf English ke balboote par. :splat:

Haan toh 21 is a minimal number - Doable (Sitters + Moderately Easy). Rest questions will also have questions which you can solve seeing your mock scores. 24-25 would have been a very good attempt anyday agar review na padhte toh bhi.

You can look at it this way instead,
Suppose you put Indu stationary for the 1st 15 mins, untill Ajay covers his 1st 8 kms.
Then, the yare 64 kms apart (4 laps) and have same speeds.
So they take 30 + 60 + 120 + 240 = 450 mins to meet from here.
But for the 1st 15 mins that we kept Indu stationary, had she been moving, both would have covered that 8 kms in 8/(32+16) hrs = 1/8hrs = 10 mins.
So total time = 450+10 = 460 mins

I also had some 22-23 odd attempts but a percentile of 94.13 in Section I.
28-29 attempts in Sec II but again a percentile of 94.23 in Sec II.
I was half prepared than what I'm right now. So what ?

Tough isliye because last year first day slot had 27 easy questions (All DI sets were too easy) and 3 moderate to tough ones. So, comparitively tough. :P
