Let y = (13-x)^7 * (x+7)^3
At x = -7, y = 0
At x = 13, y = 0
In between, we have positive values, so we have a maxima between -7,13
Differential w.r.t x and put dy/dx = 0
dy/dx = -7(13-x)^6(x+7)^3 + 3(13-x)^7(x+7)^2 = 0
3(13-x) = 7(x+7)
10x = -10
x = -1
Max(y) = 14^7 * 6^3
