I feel all are incorrect...

1. The Delhi High Court on Monday allowed the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to remove an illegal construction near the historic Jama Masjid.

People in Subhas Nagar area , close to the Jama Masjid started the construction of a mosque at the site after a building창€™s remains were discovered early this month.
5.
The area people(people of the area would be better) claimed that the remains were those of the 17th century Mughal-era Akbarabadi mosque.
