The BSE constantly reviews and modifies its composition to be sure it reflects current market conditions. The index is calculated based on a free float capitalisation method, a variation of the market capitalisation method. Instead of using a company's outstanding shares it uses its float, or shares that are readily available for trading. Hai Friends first of all Congratulations to all the people who cleared written and appearing for Interview . I appeared for Interview in the last recruitment that happened in 2010.My experience may be helpful to people who are going to attend the interview this time.
My Interview Location-Mumbai
Dress Code - Formals with tie would suffice
Interview Board - 3 members ( 2 Gents & 1 Lady )
Interview Experience - Started with my educational background , then about my job experience (I Resigned from ICICI after working for only 4 months , so lot of questions on that like why u left banking , good paying job etc)
Then some basic questions about securities market ( about demat account , advantages of
dematerialisation of shares , about financial planning , about products like mutual funds etc
the interview was pleasant , more of a discussion rather than series of questions) BTW I missed this year cutoff by 1 mark .
Guys many of us here are working profeseionals(like me) who are going to face the interview. And we all will face one question for sure i.e Why SEBI. Why do u want to leave your current job for SEBI?
What should be the best answer to this question?
