I will join UCO Bank as a clerk on 10th sept. Will I be able to get an NOC for SBI PO GEPI which will be starting from 24th sept? Experienced guys/girls, please shed some light on this. TIA.

Dear last year SBI PO maker, In interview panel, can i speak in hindi? Will they deduct marks, if i speak in hindi? Is that shows a negative impression towards panel members??
