Missed SBI PO 2016 by 0.07 marks due to descriptive.. got only 25 but gud mrks in GDPI 43 and missed SBI PO 2017 by 1 mark.. due to GDPI.. only 34(10+24) marks this time.. its jst a matter of time and luck.. SO guys don't back down.. party hard to remmeber this failure so that you won't repeat it again and those who got selected.. party even harder guys.. all the very best.. njy ur success.. ;) and don't waste your time on anytype of case.. nothing will happen..

M not pointing fingers at anyone here... But i dnt think an institution like SBI has the time to look into everyones score before gepi and plan to deliberately give more marks to the ones who scored less in mains and less to the ones who scored more in mains... I jst think its matter of luck..
Jst my views on the that SBI has kicked out the deserving ones in gepi... N olso not only the ones who has scored double digit marks in DI are deserving.. Bt all who have applied are deserving.. All of us have worked equally hard..Its jst that some got lucky..!! M sorry if my statement hurts anyone but its my view..
I just want to share that exceeding word limit is of no consequence in this exam. I wrote an essay of 320 words and got 38. So focus on content!!

Ek PIL ye bhi daal do ki descriptive me 150 words ka limit hone k baad bhi jisne 400 words me essay aur letter dono likha hai aur usko 40/50 mila hai. Plz unearth this scam too. Expose me. RTI se mera essay n letter nikalwa lena.
If u were SBI And u have to recruit 2200 PO therefore select 6600 (1:3) for interview from mains exam. And u come up with a situation where not even 6000 candidates managed to secure 1 mark in DI. What would you do? Such was the level of DI. No matter what you may feel SBI came up with a practical solution. Accept the facts. And to those scored Great in DI and didn't get selected, The harsh truth is despite having advantage of scoring high in DI u could not make it count in the overall. U lacked big time somewhere else. DI score matters. But what matters the most is final aggregate cut off. DONT USE UR SUCCESS IN DI TO COVER UP YOUR SHORTCOMINGS IN OTHER SECTIONS. JUST GROW UP. Bottom line is Despite scoring high in DI, U couldn't secure aggregate cut off marks. And to those who say they got treated unfairly in the GDPI, Either u are being a sore loser or Ur personal analysis about GDPI is so overconfident that u live in a fool's paradise. U know the truth how u performed in GDPI. Now FOR YOUR OWN GOOD just Stop blaming SBI and do some introspection about where u lacked and move on. Focus on the next exam.
Those who got selected r in their own groups on WhatsApp enjoying and planning their future life..because they do not have time now because of lots of work like resigning present job and medical and bla bla.......those who r not in the list but want to be in list in coming months r also thinking about their future and planning for IBPS ippb RBI and many more ..because they also do not have time as many exams r within months and competition is high......and those who have lots of time with them ......r wasting time here in an unproductive discussion.....blame game never work guys....Move on...
There will be two tests Objective and Descriptive . The objective test of 3 hours duration consist of 4 Sections for total 200 marks. The objective test will have separate timing for every section. The candidates are required to qualify in each of the Tests by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.
So SBI nvr mention anything abt sectional cutoff. It is all abt overall cutoffs in objective test n descriptive test ha ha ha

upsc former chairman has given a beautiful observation about cases against these bodies....he says ...1...u ll see all the cases and complaints against us are filed only after results.... And in tht they says exam procedure is flawed .....for example some will talk that how could a person be judged by interviewers within 10 mins....so these candidates if has problem with our interview practice thrn why they didnt suggest us before exam or immediately after exam...or while filling their forms..or through our feedback channel... ....why they have problems now after results.....and the answer lies in second point and it is...2..almost all of the times those who had not selected, filed cases against us. And i also know tht if these same candidates if would have been selected and got good marks would not have filed cases against us. Thats the bitter truth.

I was silent till now because I know how it feels when you miss out in the final list .. I have been rejected many times since last year , finally got it .. But yesterday I was reading ki khairaat mein mil gayi hai job aur humari fat rahi hai n ol .. Bhai kisi ek bande/bandi se agar problem hai toh sabko target mat karo .. Rahi baat PIL ki toh thanks to JOLLY LLB .. Bht bhaavnayein jaga di hain logon mein .. Sundar Lal Tripathi baitha hai baat sunne k liye .. We have many Friends who missed out by just some point f marks but instead f posting here such things they are preparing for ibps because they know ki it's just luck .. Those who appeared for the interview are equal .. Jisko PIL daalni daalo .. Bakaiti na maaro .. Koi ni darr raha .. Paise ni khilaye hain yahan Jo darein hum . Itna hi halua ho raha toh main bhi daal doonga phir ek PIL .. Sabko dil se dua hai.. Har Har Mahadev .. Gaali bakni ho toh most welcome .. No one is going to entertain .
Enough..Nobody is failure but when people prove themselves that they are, then they should really be proven the same.

Also guys who are selected, take a chill pill. Enjoy the moment, PIL wale Har exam ke baad aate hain and yeh wahi log hote hain jo 3-4 years me bhi koi exam clear nahi Kar paate. Because they never want to acknowledge their shortcomings.
Also u too can take screenshots and forward to SBI.
