They changed total selection procedure without sectional cut off. It is totally unfair.

In my batch of PI only 2 are selected, I missed it in very narrow margin, PI-GD waale thoda liberal hotha tho easily 2/3 aur logon ko job aajatha
My GD+PI score is 42/50. (19+23).. Anyone with better score please comment..just curious to know
I expected to fail in Prelims itself then somehow cleared mains. And all here know I am not going for this job so I will be the best to judge the process i feel. It was ridiculous and blame worthy. I am not speaking of just gdpi rounds but also mains cut off even though i fared better than many. My Request: PLEASE DONT ABUSE those criticizing SBI. They have a reason and a really strong one.
One guy told me that they dont give marks here they will just tick u or cross u, marks would be adjusted later. I didn't believe him then but now I do.
Guys who aren't selected like me.. Please stop complaining..

Final decision has to be of bank. We must accept that we failed this time and prepare ourselves better for next exam. And sectional cutoff definitely hoga ,maybe 0 for DI for obc . Bank aaram se bol sakta h falaana was sectional cutoff in case of RTI . TThing is we haven't cleared final cutoff .Let's congratulate the ones selected and prepare hard for upcoming exams. Success complain krne walo ko nahi ,hardworking log ko milti hai

Dont curse the one wo got 0 in d.i and made it to the list..he has worked hard to compensate in other sections...if not those who complain tat he got 0 and qualified why didnt u qualify even after getting more than 0 in d.i..dont complain that thr is no sectional cut off...sectional cut off is "0"... u have every right in blaming gdpi...but not objective....Respect him/her he has done his best to be there!

Why did everyone feed me that banks have a fair selection process!! Now I really think it all depends on luck factor except for very few genius people.

I am very disappointed by marks got in interview (9/30). I am pretty sure about my inteview and was confident enough and gave all question's answer properly. No one will get s7ch low score only if you misbehave in interview. But this is not the case so far. Please tell me where to approach for getting thing clear.

I never thought i would be so busy after the results. Was busy getting calls from lot of people who are just in need of LOAN. Congrats bolke nxt dialogue is. Loan keliye tu kaam ayega :) so relatives are finally happy ki they got a scapegoat to get loans. This can be one reason you need to get into banks. Relatives will be happy instead of jealous.
