Puys.. when I go to sleep on bed, I think about everything, unimaginable things and do not sleep peacefully whole night. even in sleep, it appears that something is going on in my mind. Some incidents: (1). When I lock my door while sleeping.. i fear someone taking my luggage i.e theft cases..even if i am surrounded by ppl..even if family members are sleeping beside me. (2). I think..which of my body part's health will deteriorate in near future..even if i am fully fit. (3). what will happen to me if i earn X or Y or Z amount. will it be enough. (4). will i marry or not. will i find someone special. how i wl live. (5). i spent X rs. here today, Y rs. here etc. how much i should save..how much spend. etc. and so on.. It's a daily routine and have taken my sleep, peace, everything. Sometimes I think, I do not fit in this, i will do that job.. i wl change my job etc. I tried meditation before sleep but when i sleep..every thoughts come into my mind. People say me, you got this, you have job, you have that..you should be happy but I am unable to explain them, how i feel. People laugh at some of my awkward behavior, i speak less and slow..so it drives people away from me. I pretend to be friends with everyone but deep inside i know i dont have anyone on whom i can count upon. This post long..so plz forgive me. Do suggest something. It's been very difficult journey since childhood till 24, i am.
Has anyone cleared upsc capf written exam?.please share how do you prepare for the physical test,the possible test centres and duration of the whole test

Hello everyone. I have done my Btech in mechanical engineering from Lucknow and during seventh semester I got placed with a CTC of 4.6 lacs ( December 2016). It's been 10 months and still counting with this kind of job of mine. I am planning to give myself some break so that I can fully devote myself for the preparation of SBI PO 2018.
