I want to share my interview experience, please evaluate
I will skip the questions on personal info, i am usually fluent in english and I was nervous during interview. Its a long one please bear with me
Chairman(C) : How was the place where you completed ur college(my college was in a peculiar region)
Me : Sir, it was a wonderful experience. The people were cordial and I have some of my most precious memories associated with the place.
C: Good, so I will come straight to the point, should social media be regulated?
M: Yes sir, large part of India still lives in rural india and they are unable to understand the risks associated with the social media. The same can be seen in the blue whale...*interrupted*
C: Comming back to the point, do you think giving this power to government could hamper freedom of expression?
M: Sir there are always reasonable restrictions with respect to freedom of speech. *fumbled* Though I agree that we are giving some part of our freedom to the government but its for greater good.
C: I dont agree with you on that.
M: Okay sir in that case *interrupted*
C: Its okay you dont have to agree
M: Yes sir but I would just like to add that if regulation is not done the alternative could be massive dissemination of digital knowlege. So that people could be made aware.
C: Okay, what do you know about demographic divident.
M: Sir its the youth of the country between 15-50 years. I dont exacly remember the limits. Its one the most important tool of government and its being igonred by lax employement policies.
C:Whats lax in government policies?
D:They are not investing in high empoyement areas such as handlooms and small and medium enterprices.
C: Anyone else have any questions for him
M1: Do you think that we Indians take ourselves too seriously and we need to party.
M: Sir its a perception they also say that we Indians are hypocrites.*one madam laughed out loud**interrupted*
M1: No thats not what I am asking
M: yes sir what I meant was we Indians party but not in they way they understand party to be we do yoga, or my be just sit in the evening and watch sun. This party concept is exported from outside.
M1: we also party i that way, How policy rates are determined.
M:answered
M1: Dont you think government and rbi working together would cause friction?
M: Yes sir but its necessary since for policy rates to be determined successfully both supply of money and demand should be known. While earlier rbi was only handling supply of money now with government they are also able to handle demand.
M1: you answered that tangentially,*again asks the same question*
M: Sir, friction is not that bad a thing. Any such disagreement means by solving it a impediment could be opened. And energy can be released which could help soothen the process.
M1: do you know about six sigma
M: sir, I just know that its related with management
M1: okay I took you far from your comfort zone, tell me dont you think a regualtory body would be better than government for regulating social media.
m: I agree with you on that sir, when I said government I meant a autonomous regulatory body with diverse representations like a social activist, psychologist, and secretaries.
M2: You have an interesting hoby of astronomy how many planets are there

M2: you were talking about unemployment, but you yourself are not taking any for last 2 years inspite of good credentials?
M2: Mam I yean to be productive, I went to prepare for civil services coz there I could get a plateform for serving the people. Its important for me to stay productive. No two jobs can be compared what matters is whether you are giving your best if I get this job you can be assured that I would give my best.
M3: some of your colleges are here for the permanent nature of the job what are your thougts on that?*smiling*
M: sir, I dont think that the right approach, If you are productive there is job security but if you are not doing anything then job security is a waste*fumbled**loss of words during answer*
M4: whats priority sector lending?
M: explained, said didnt remember all the sectors, he prompted house I said yes it is also there
M2: Asked me something about residential housing loan in priority sector again I said I dont know sir.
