expecting result late night makes sense bcz unlike prelim and mains result where they just had to upload a pdf.. in the case of final result they do not just upload a pdf but also upload a link called " letter to qualified candidates" which is a personalized letter for each qualified candidate . i think this is where most of the time is being consumed !

Doston.. Kal katne me baad hopes ko moderate karna is better.. Result 10 baje pehle bhi aaya hoga.. But that is ex-post thing... May be they faced technical prob.. Bt  ex-ante 10pm result ka  hona kuch jamta nahi.. And yes its Dhanteras.. har koi ghar pe rahna chahega.. Result is imp to us not to them
