Last year wale thread me kayi logon ko GD me 20/20 mile the. Aisa kya kiya hoga unhone GD me? GD me wese bhi individual brilliance dikhane ka mauka bht kam milta hai, I think wo log pure group k performance pe hi marks dete honge. Individual marks zyada vary nahi karte honge. Your opinion?

Since the final result has already been delayed by SBI by over 2 months,those who will be in final list will be missing out on atleast a couple of months salary...
So,should SBI provide arrears equivalent to 2 months salary as compensation to every selected candidate before joining as additional benefits and mental harassment allowance (cess+surcharge) to the non selected ones ??

Agar aaj result nahi aaya to kal BBC news mein aayega 4/10 attack on SBI corporate office Mumbai.
Thoda mai bhi aajma loon Mera simple calculation hai... Agar 55/200 mains ka cutoff gya to 15×.3=4.5 less than last year . i.e 49.75-4.5=45.25 and this year they called more candidates for GEPI. So most probably 46.5.

Last year result waale din (30th September) Ko jab log CRPD Ko call kiye the CRPD walon ne clear kaha tha ki "sham tk Ni to kal final ajaega"..last year k thread pe dekh lo.. Is Baar Aisa kuch v Ni keh rhe..koi chance Ni h av ek 2 din me aane ka.. Apne bhawnao n emotions Ko control kro n padho Ni to majak majak me ibps etc ka pre v clear Ni hoga..
