SBI PO 2016 : Admit Card, Syllabus, Results

Can someone please clarify where a restatement in conclusion is correct or not? As far as I know, a restatement doesn't follow. Also, many online portals claim that it doesn't follow. 

But today, I opened MK Pandey, and found one question where he takes a restatement as a correct conclusion. 

Need some proper explanation on this.

""Candidate should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application. Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into percentage and indicated in online application. If called for interview, the candidate will have to produce a certificate issued by the appropriate authority inter alia stating that the norms of the University regarding conversion of grade into percentage and the percentage of marks scored by the candidate in terms of norms.""

i dont have any certificate mentioning my percentage ... i usually used to divide it by the highest CGPA and * 100... but looks like it wont work this time!!

the procedure of getting a percentage letter would take minimum 15 days...and i dont have that...so if i write the usual percentage and may be at a latter stage produce an Affidavit stating the genuine reason of mistake... would it work or i might be disqualified?? please help

can anybody tell me that from where should i start to prepare data interpretation and reasoning for mains this time? as we know that the new pattern has come with more than sufficient time for each section. so we can expect a raise in the difficulty level of paper.

last year i cleared sbi prelims but not the mains and also i don't remember if i've appeared for it more than once.

is it mandatory to write CORRECT number of attempts in application form?

and no. of attempts mean just attempting or also the clearing of prelims part? 

please help!
