generally, how many days after result declaration is the medical & joining? Is there any official document explaining details of procedures after declaration of result? could you please tell me how to send request to postpone the date of joining?

i got police verification form. is that means all the process has been completed right? the reason i am asking because i didn't clear the medical because of my heart surgery. they asked for a cardiologist report. I submitted a cardiologist report today and they said it's all right now but i am still worried.
