How do Interview panels decide to give marks? I mean they give marks individually or they discuss among themselves or chairman only can give marks?

What would hurt you more than not getting selected for SBI PO ?
1) Seeing someone you know getting selected for the same.
2) You accidentaly losing your mobile phone.
3) Getting ignored by someone important in your life.
4) Bad internet/WIFI connection.
5) Getting stung by a bee.
6) Catching your Gf/bf with some other boy/girl.
P.S. - Engineers like me can omit the 6th point. 😄

The 'Wait' is more painful than the result itself. It's like slow death #keh_ke_lunga type.
Sbi po result has become the most important event of my life....if selected my life will change and if not , I have to start from scratch.. that too with ibps po only 15 days away
i ve not checked any page more than the careers page of SBI. yet everytime i visit and check under PO category all i see is 6 notifications. the anxiety is endless. what to do other than wait?
Frnds can any1 tell me about the pattern of SBI internal wxam for promoting to Scale 2 ??

In sbi notification seeing the state code it doesnt match my roll no.. as few days ago a person said tht first 2 digits denote state code bt m frm raj. N my roll no. Starts frm 26 bt in noti. Its givn 37 state code for raj.
One more day wasted in office.
I think tomorrow by this time SBI PO RESULTS will be out. :)
Before the judgement we have to acknowledge the fact that we have made it this far! We ve beaten 1595300(assuming 16 lakh applied...which can vary) candidates who applied!!! Regardless of selection, everybody is a winner. For those RBI aspirants....rejection is a blessing in disguise...IBPS mains will get over by november....and from then u have around 10 months for RBI(IBPS po will be called only by august or September) so you are in a much better place than others who get selected in Sbi po and can't prepare rigourously for RBI grade B. As an economics lover, the most important lesson in life is to look beyond today...i.e for long term benefits rather than short term. Every failure needs introspection.....but NOBODY IS A BROKEN EGG!! HOPE!!!!
