Hey! Am pleased to clear up some recent discouraging trends in PG which are inevitably myths. Myth 1: The least scoring candidate in mains needs a near perfect score of 22+ out of 25 and the highest scorers need a bare minimum of 12-13. The truth: Absolutely ridiculous because the mark distribution of candidates selected for GDPI is a mystery. So applying last years analysis to this year when the cutoff can potentially be much lower is rather naive. Myth 2: consensus in GD is a mandate for high marks. The truth : There's absolutely no need for consensus Yes its good in case of a natural consensus! But a passionate discussion involving everyone without rants and cacophony is way better than a manufactured consensus. Myth 3 : I know the number of students from particular categories selected for GDPI and thus can devise a selection ratio for each category. The truth: nobody knows anything. Stay put. It could be cliffhanger! Hope

In sbi po circle allocations is done immediately after result..all selected candidates will receive mail regarding their allocated circles on the next day of the result itself. After one month joining comes .usually candidates go through a rigorous training process of 6 months including 1.5 months of class room training ( this is the best period of any bank job ). Candidates are also allowed to undertake cultural activities during this class room training. After this on the job training starts where a group of candidates is sent each big branch of sbi to study the working. During this period you will get to travel around the country. Finally after 6 months, candidates are posted in their respective alloted circles.

Final Cutoff for OBC and no. of seats that can be filled by them.( I already know 590 to be filled but I am asking including those who might qualify under Gen cat.) . Please give your honest opinion....
Since SBI has started two gd exercises this year,Don't you think that the weightage of GD might change as last year it was one gd of 20 marks.But this year they are conducting 2 exercise in gd,so they might change the marking scheme of gd by 30 and interview by 20.Or to make it more close to the initial advertisment they can count the 2nd exercise as part of pi and can offer the 10 marks there and count the 1st exercise like last year gd of 20 marks?
Some guy gived some analysis that only that only 44 candidates have been called for intrve for 393 post of ST.To what extent this is true?
People I need your opinion on something...during my gd I was too damn lost in thinking that I didn't pay attention to the briefing and thus as soon as the moderator dictated the gd topic, I forgot the 5 minute thinking rule and stupidly started speaking before being stopped by weird looks and noises...rest was fine...how much marks you think will they deduct for this ignorance ?

#JustSaying Ignoring the factors like higher difficulty level or less number of candidates called for interview, if everything else remains the same as last year & considering that number of vacancies for General category have increased by nearly 25%, ie, by 200, shouldn't the final cut-off decrease by atleast 1.5-2 marks?

Me: I did complete my session in 2013 but technically I completed in 2015 due to my backlog.

Me: I met an accident one year and in the next year there were some issues with my form. (Here I panicked as he didn’t notice my back initially it was me who bring it in with my nervousness Although he was not interested in my back, he moved on with some good questions like)
M1: what are the issues china facing economically?
Me: Currently china devaluates its currency three times to promote its exports ,,so I think it is facing some issues in export sector and blah blah.

Although it was not good performance by me But I will count as my most wonderful experience of my life..Muje koi complaint nahi hogi agar me select nahi hota hu to bhi…qki muje pura mauka mila interview me unlike jo yaha keh rahe he unse kuch pucha hi nahi…At least I knw what fields I need to improve… Guys I just wanna ask something tht according to what marks they will give me..for this..Will they give me 15..because I nailed my GD. Show off nahi karna chahta but I participated in gd many times even at iit from my college side.
From my school I was participating in every gd which helped me in my gd qki gd ka topic bhi general tha media ka role good or bad. I played every card of my pocket in gd..and I think in gd I will score 18 to 20…bus PI ka tension he.
