Chandigarh experience Sbi LHO sec 17 7-9-16 , 8 am, panel 1 Document plus biometric verification 30-40 minutes , documents aur certificates ka ek hi copy leke Jana hai...bio data ke 5 set 1 original 4 photocopies.. Gd round topic 1 was e commerce website are affecting offline shopkeepers do you agree or not 5 minutes sochne ke lie 20 minutes discuss Gd round 2 , 8 points die hue the personal traits ke for eg vision, self awareness, hard work, personal power, empathy , creativity, perseverance Sbhi ko phle apne hisab se priority deni thi aur use bad discuss Krna tha aur grp ko ek common order banana tha qualities ka Interview 4 members 1 female Panel is good and supportive, biodata me Jo bhra hai usse hi puchenge aur answers me se q question nikaalenge, graduation se puchenge subjects ...I am btech so questions branch se related tha..current affairs se basic puchenge thoda aur basic banking... 15 min chla interview....panel aur staff bahut acha tha...so cool hoke Dena interview jiska bhi hai aage

Ye ticket fare ka kya scene hai? 😦😟😩 Iam going with my father so if I book 3rd AC ticket and get refund from them then it will still cost ticket of my father which alone is greater than our two way sleeper class tickets cost without getting refund😛 I booked for sleeper class. Any chance for refund?😂😂

Out of the 2 character certificates required, I have one by a gazetted officer and the other by my school. Will it do? I had applied for one from the college too but they are taking time. Tomorrow is my interview.

But SBI bio data form mei....semester wise likhna h fir add krna h....so last column mei kya fill karu....total of each semester ya...jaisa mera final mark sheet h..??? Any plz

LHO Bhopal Panel 1 10:00 AM Completed my GDPI. GD topic was "love of money is root to all evils". Prioritization was on empathy, persuasion, communication skills, creativity, listening skills, intelligence and goal orientation. In my PI they asked me what you have done in cyber crime related to banking in which I replied solved cases related to ATM fraud, skimming of ATM machine and MCX fraud. Then they asked me do you know ethical hacking, I replied in positive then they have provided their laptop and asked me to show the IP address of sbi and open its intranet CMS panel within 3 minutes. I did it with 30 seconds remaining approximately. Then they asked me stock market related questionnaire and later on shifted to icharts where I had to explain candlestick and pattern formation such as doji, hammer, bullish engulfing, rsi, volume, head and shoulders . After that they said you are very good for sbi cap and sbi cards. Then asked me to leave. I thanked them and wish them good day before leaving.

LHO Delhi : Panel 1, 12:00 P.M. - GD : Net Neutrality in India, The GD was lively but ended without a consensus. So did end priortization, without a consensus.
Here, just a piece of advice, GD is teamwork, so stop arguing, negating or interjecting other people. Work as a team and come out with a consensus.
PI - I was asked about my fathers' profession and his company and hobbies. The other questions consisted :
1) Kashmir Unrest and its' economic effects on the state. Gave the awnser right.
2) Tata Power and BSES variants in Delhi. Gave the awnser right.
3) Regulatey assets of Tata Power, the one which is reflected in balance sheets. I didn't know about balance sheets.
4) Narcotics scenario in India (as i'm an author of a book related to it). Gave the anser right.
5) Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana. Here i was a bit nervous and numb from the hours of toiling from the whole interview process. In this answer i gave was somewhat long but right - like, bank accounts for all with mimimum or no cash in it. The Accounts will be used to dispense subsidies to poor people directly. ATM card for the people. These three in long sentences. 4 out of 5 panelists agreed to it. But now here, this is where the whole process of interview gets screwed up. The interviewer, 5th one, who asked this question said "that you are making up all these things and you know nothing. Where have you read all this." I gave the source, a GK magazine. And he said what you have read is wrong. I was flummoxed. I was shocked by the way he barged and dismissed me. I literally came out and checked the facts from PMJDY site and these points were there. They were exactly there!!
I am seriously dissapointed not because of the fact that how he behaved with me or dismissed me. I am appalled at this whole process of asking GK in interviews. Isn't it why there is a dedicated section of GK in mains exam. The section if which you fail, will get you eliminated. What is the point of asking GK in interviews. They never ask from where the person is coming(as far as i've seen) under which circumstances he has reached here or to be precise about the effort he has put in. I was literally vexed as i have not slept from past 48 hours as i work in a corporate where i give 14-16 hours everyday, i didn't get time to study all that GK, dammit, i sometimes even don't get time to eat and even now after the interview i've come to work. If someone is not able to give an answer or two, which happens with everyone, how does it mean that the person is not qualified for the job. Just because there was a question or two amiss. It is seriously appalling that these interviews instead of focusing on someone's traits and qualities and psychology, just want to know a few GK questions from people. I don't know if people agree with me or not but as far as i've observed from my 2nd SBI PO interview and probably the last, these interviews are just a play of rote learning. I don't know if a person's values are gauged and if only his expertise in just a few GK questions is. So do not worry even if you are a psychopath, you just need to know GK, that's all.

Can anyone please help regarding the SBI po mains English. It really troubled. Suggest something to overcome that so that same doesn't disturb me during ibps. I shall be very thankful to u.
