Puys.. Please tell me about the character certificate that needs to be issued by a gazetted officer Q1. Is this char certi be handwritten or printed Q2. Should I get it on any blank piece of paper or any other specific paper of a gazetted officer, like letter head Q3. Can the same gazetted officer sign my identity certi and char certi and also my graduation marksheets and certificates?
