Though I am out of the race, yet I feel that SBI should realise the bitter part of the story on 31st July 2016. They should realise that actual outcome of this entire process is to make SBI a world class institution, but growing NPA's over last few years coupled with entry into "Hall of Shame" is sufficient to signal that recruitment process needs to be overhauled. (Bcz skill set's = performance on job, and with such paper "luck" comes handy than 'hard work')
At the end its not our loss, it's theirs.

Hi All , I have Character Certificate issued from school where I did my 12th and it was issued in year 2009. Now I am confused whether I should get one from college or not as my college is far away from where I am residing now and my interview is on 2nd Sep. Please guide me if anyone of you have attended last year process with school character certificate as one of the documents or someone related to you had the same problem and ....... Need Help people Asap.
