Some questions which hampered my interview last time.Kindly give your views . -
1. Why are you trying for public sector banks why not for private banks? (my entire family works for private banks)
2. Why didn't you opt for B.Com when you want to join a bank why B.Tech ?
3.Why not work for IT sector having degree in the same why banks?

Guys I have a doubt.... according to the on-tap bank licensing guidelines issued by RBI in august this year,
" The validity of the in-principle approval issued by the Reserve Bank will be 18 months from the date of granting in-principle approval and would thereafter lapse automatically "
What does it mean? I am confused.... !!
And one more doubt.... has RBI declared any time frame for completion of approval process??
Plz share your views so that i can clear my doubts.... thanks in advance!!

what is format of character certificate whichis to be signed by gazzeted officer? do we have to make that ourselves or they already have such certificates with them.

This is gonna be my second interview experience. First one exp was of andhra bank interview. First que they askd tht what's the meaning of your name? I said HARSHAD is a person who give happiness to others. Then they said but harshad mehta didn't give happiness to anybody... 😬😡 Then they laughed and I smiled. Ab ispe me kya kehta? Any Comment so tht i will keep in mind this time?

Guys... If ur already working in PSB... Do we need to produce character certificate from the last institute?? Since character certificate has been submitted already to currently working PSB
What to do in a GD if you are the first candidate (serial wise GD is conducted in SBI I heard) and provided with a completely unknown or unprepared topic. If this situation arises with even third or fourth candidate, then he may formulate an answer by listening to previous candidates' answer. But what is option of candidate no 1?

I have a 2 yrs gap (passed in 2014)...gave Gate in 1st yr, got a decent rank bt not decent enough to land a job in PSU...den strting preparing for bank frm july 2015...should i mention abt gate wen dey ask reason for my gap?? nd wat possible reason can i give for dis gap so it doesn't give me a total neagtive limelight?? suggest plzzz
