hi all.pls clarify my doubt.since there are 2200 posts then why sbi has selected around 4700 candidates instead of 6600 candidates?vacany reduced or they didnt find candidates clearing cutoff?

1. wen sometime is given 4 candidates to speak abt d topic turnwise initially, wat do v hav to speak in dat?
a) both d sides of d coin
b) or d side which i am rooting for
2. after dat wen discussion is started(for abt 10 min), wat do we hav to speak in dat?
a) summarise all d points wich everyone has talked abt so far
b) summarise pts. which only i hav talked abt
c) a general discussion where evryone try to put forth his/her pt.
is it necessary to bring 2 character certificate for the Interview as I do not have any such thing with me right now. I can get one from Gazatted officer but it is almost impossible to get one either from college/school . Anyone else here facing the same challenge. Someone please help......

Friends, I applied for new OBC certificate before a month as they asked for certificate dated after April 2016 ,but yet to receive it . Suppose if I dint receive within interview time will they allow to attend the interview with the old certificate which is valid till September 19 as per one year validity. Please reply friends 😧
Is there any format for character certificate???
SBI has asked the Character certificate signed from Last Educational institute and Any Gazetted officer... In that last educational institute means, we also get the sign from school ?? anyone Pls give me the soln.. becoz my college is 400kms away from my home town.. Pls any one reply bro
As I am already working in Indian bank as a PO. I want to know that do I have to bring NOC from my bank for the interview? As I haven't mentioned this job in the application form of SBI. what to do please guide me.
