All the things in this world are need to be well balanced to run smoothly. And the world itself is standing on its two pillars of creation, one is man and the other one is woman. World cannot get a move ahead with just one pillar, to move ahead it actually needs both the pillars to be balanced and moving together. This should be the motto of the human beings that to make the world stand on both of it legs. In this modern age women are participating in each field where men does, they are excelling in every parameter of the society and that shows their capability. The women are just not confined to be the bread makers for men they are actually transform themselves as the bread winners.
Now, still with all this positivity and progress there are still certain areas, sectors we need to improved upon. Be it providing more security to them in the work space or giving them more power in decision making process. Women posses a certain kind of soft power which is only confined to them. We need to use that power more efficiently to have a smoother and peaceful society. We need to provide them better education facilities, every small girl child needed to be taken to school. An educated woman has the capacity to educate her family in a much better way than a man can ever do. This thing we must remember.
A happy and prosper women have the capability to make everyone happy around her. They should be treated as the saving grace of this world. The current world situation is predominantly moving towards a more violent one, it can be changed with the dominant women power and an empowered women.

Hi all Please tell from where to do the practice for the descriptive section. It is my Achilles heal. Last year too ,I scored 121 marks with a meagre 16 in descriptive. I flunked badly in the descriptive part. It is not that I am bad at writing skills, it's just that I lack the content. Kindly tell the sources for descriptive writing practice.

I know its late but i thought i could do a quick revision of what we will face tomorrow.. and i had a few doubts..
1. can please someone tell me the format of business letter( i have come across different formats thats why i m confused) & also whether they would be of core banking topics??
2. same with essay what to do if the if you dont know much about the topic.
3. Reasoning + Computer aptitude: I am a little bit weak in this section can somebody summarize reasoning topics so I can identify my weak topic in this section and also from where to study computer aptitude not awareness

Descriptive : One last suggestion.. just read the topics in hindi and grab an idea about topic .. since i was a hindi medium student, i find it very useful. Bcz we can not memorize the whole essay.. We should have a rough idea and few statics.. Good Luck guys.
Guys dont forget to mention question number in descriptive paper ...like a,b or c .. whatever you choose to answer .

A fundamental approach of a winner is to go all out - no matter who wins, "you" or "mains" but your satisfaction should win. And if you have defeated prelims, mains is just a clone of it(with just a bit more irritating factor ). So go all out and tell the people around you who don't think that you deserve a victory, that you are not capable of striking a jab on mains face, that you don't deserve to be called a PO- I am gonna do it and do it in a grand fashion.
