lic aao 2016 thread has 38000 followers- when the advertised vacancies were 700. here in this thread, we have just 8100 followers for around 2200 vacancies advertised by sbi.. this perhaps shows the waning interest in public sector banking jobs in the country.. trust me when i say that for the good candidates atleast- and by good i mean who have a habit of giving aptitude exams- this exam wont be too difficult to clear.. once the lic and uiic results come out, 1000 good candidates will anyways be out of the race.. a recent morgan stanley report on the state of banking in emerging market economies states that sbi faces a very bleak future ahead, with eroding profitability, stressed balanced sheets and the like- meaning a position obviously much worse than what indian banks currently face.. if that be true, then it certainly doesnt bode well for the employees, coz its through them that profits have to be generated.. there'll be increasing stress and unrealistic pressure on them to perform.. the 10-11 hrs which officers spend in the banks would most surely increase to 12-13 hrs.. who knows.. make wise career choices friends.. once you're in it, its very difficult to come out..

Expected Number of Questions from Reasoning & Computer Aptitude - The section consists of total 45 questions. Around 35- 40 questions are expected to be asked from Reasoning topics only. The level of the questions from reasoning will be Moderate to Difficult while 10 - 5 questions is expected to be asked from computer aptitude which will be of Moderate level.

This time onwards, SBI has included Computer Aptitude questions in place of the general computer awareness questions in mains exam of PO and Clerk both. In Clerk mains, around 5 questions were asked from Computer aptitude and the level was easy. So now it is expected that in PO mains, Questions from computer aptitude are going to be of moderate level.
