Ab kisi k pass andar ki khabar ho to btado...padhne ka man nhi kar raha...is there any hope for sbi po notification???

well, am married, and my husband is working in private. both my parents are teachers in govt. schools. dad has just got retired. mom is working still.  now i wish to know whether i am eligible to come under non-creamy obc... bcoz my dad is retired and my husband earns within the specified limit to get obc certificate.. but since my mom earns more than the limit specified,, i am confused.. could anyone plz help me, i wanna know whether i can obtain non-creamy certificate or not..

its high time the sbi po notification was released.. wonder why its being delayed...

also wanna know whether the post of Junior Associates refers to the normal clerical post.. plz clear my doubt friends..
