Since there is no interview for lower cadres,the govt may permit to conduct skill test/physical test/language proficiency test with the condition that this test is only for qualification and there should be no assessment on the basis of marks for such test. So I think unlike interview which follow 1:3,for language proficiency test they will follow 1:1 ratio plus some in reserve list..guys the low vacancy state candidates taking written test in nearby high vacancy states not only spoiling the opportunities of the home states candidates but also creating inconvenience to the banks as happened in the ibps clerk exam 2016 because those guys are struggling in understanding local language.. Taking consideration of the complaints from other bank,sbi want to avoid such circumstances and adamand in conducting language proficiency test..this decision will benefit the local state candidates who r missing opportunities by just 1 or 2 marks..guys this is my assumption and opinion only
The problem sbi faces today is this.They asked finance ministry to go ahead with the interview. Finance Ministry said that they may intoduce a psychmetric test in lieu of interview. SBI is seeking the help of experts to devise one so that it can get it approved by Finance Ministry.Hence this inordinate delay.
SBI waiting interview approval from goi but don't know why goi not taking any decision? so I think don't scold sbi, scold GOI , GOI delaying

No one know about resultss.....so dont believe anyone....except SBI .....some are saying that they are taking approval from finance....and other is saying approval from GOI...what the HELL is going on here.....
Still I dont know y interviews???? even though Modi govt announced for lower cadres there shouldnt be no interviews....!!
see they have given PAPER very TOUGH....there is a reason behind that ......
Due to Merging and internal promotions the posts are varying it seems so they are taking some time it seems.......Lets hope that they will declare before IBPS PO PRELIMS.....
The court case in mdurai high court can overturn the entire process of selection even if SBI declares resultsd. That is why ,no body in the top management wants to take any decisions
