People just a humble thought fofrom my end..If our prime employer gets agitated like us then what will happen in return.It may seem simple from our end to say filling vacancy takes long time but think from their end too they might have some real-timeproblems like not knowing exact vacant places to be filled due to all these internal promotions right.. words once spoken out cant be taken back so they might hesitate to announce the tentative date na!!so please don't get agitated and think this way too
