if sbi po result released by Sep 30 we all come to the conclusion that delay of sbi clerk not due to court case the actual prob for delay is gov approval....we have to wait....

I am from UP 135 attempt. Expecting 105+ catogry (SC) Total vacancies 245+116 = 361( including backlog). General 598 vacancies. Any chances pls help me out expecting genuine answer ?? It would help me a lot in taking decision for future.

Of course , This is Off Topic but it will be in future, OBC certificate issued by state govt is acceptable by SBI??? I have got OBC through Mee-Seva(Telangana). Or Do I need to provide something else??
