Under circumstances, we urge upon you to immediately take steps to :- a. Increase the vacancy position of promotions from clerical to JMG-I, TO’s ,MMG’s-II, MMG’s-III etc.,
b. In the event of not finding adequate number of people who have qualified , the cut off marks may be lowered and a ‘ one- time’ opportunity be provided as a special case, through a supplementary exam.
c. The vacancy position for trainee officers exams may be increased .
d. Vacancies for recruitment of probationary officers may be increased.
e. Vacancy for clerical recruitment may be increased and more importantly the time lag between their exam and results / final selection should be reduced , else may such selected candidates may go away for alternate jobs of other Banks etc. �z���

The State Bank of India (SBI) may announce the results of it’s clerk mains exam held on June 25 and June 26 within next week, or before the September ends at the very least. It has already been 84 days today since the Mains examinations were conducted and the delay in results has left some 3.5 lakh candidates in a state of disarray. You can see their sheer their frustration on online forums. But here’s a possible theory that may solve the issue this topic is having. According to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement earlier, he had said that each recruitment process must be completed within six-months duration. If we follow that saying, then SBI clerk recruitment began on April 4, 2016 and on coming October 4th, it’ll be six months. And since there are no interviews (at least according to notification, and putting aside the rumor), the results of clerk mains exam will almost complete the recruitment process. Earlier the reports about SBI holding interviews for this clerical cadre recruitment seemed stronger with all of it’s ongoing back and forth situation with Centre, but now, the chances of interviews are somewhat thin. Let’s hope that SBI doesn’t introduces any new tier to it’s recruitment like RRB or SSC. Even the SBI PO recruitment process that began in May will be finished by September 30, that’s when the final list is being published after GD rounds and interviews. So, it seems pretty obvious that SBI clerk mains result may come out before this month ends. Moving apart from theory and on to real things, when Examswatch.com staff talked to Mumbai CRPD, officials couldn’t provide any exact date but said that the results will be released within this month. Don’t take it as a 100% confirmation but it is expected that SBI clerk mains result 2016 will be declared around 26-30 September or before that. The idea of SBI announcing clerk results for mains exam beyond these days is almost too negligent for the aspirants, hauling their preparations for other exams and not putting an end to their anxiousness. But in the end, it all comes down to SBI’s consent to declare results or at least put out an official notice online. Although it did issued a notice saying that the results are under process but it has been days and nothing new has come out.

For Sbi and its authorities, it is a matter of just a recruitment .......But for aspirants, this is Life. Problem is, they forgot that once they too used to crave for a job , food, respectable position in society just like us.. The mental agony we are undergoing can't be measured. Some need to bear the responsibilities of family by getting this job , some need to make their love successful, Some need to come out of the financial debts, some need to fulfill their aspirations by working as a banker.......... Whatever may be the path..... Destination is same... JOB JOB JOB......
