Still sbi is lobbying hard to push for interview as they hv got new ammunition in the name of rbi notification related to interview..sbi think-tanks do whatever u like but pls declare main result . . . atleast u should hv guts to notify when result will be out.what do u say guys?

Interview...... interview...... interview...... I don't understand what they will assess after a rigorous written examination process(pre+mains) ......at an average, interviewers will allot a time of 7-8 minutes for each candidate... Mostly, self introduction and two to three questions related to graduation subjects. Pragmatically, it is not prudent on part of Banking institutions to conduct an interview for a clerical cadre. I don't understand the logic behind lobbying for interviews at the doorstep of the DoPT. Though some advantage is there for people who score less marks in written. ultimately, the written score plays the vital role. Red-tapism everywhere....slow process of the recruitment making the aspirants vexed. It should answer candidates and notify the developments regarding the recruitment. For a wasteful month, a person would lose a salary of 20k approx. They cannot ask us to wait or to focus on other employment opportunities (implicit meaning of the delay) as We paid fee for getting the things done on time. There are several logical points to prove that SBI and other recruitment agencies are following a stale methods. To make process move fast, we can approach courts.....but the courts itself adjourn the process in heralding judgement. From 4-5 years, there are no judicial appointments in our country. Everywhere logjam !!!!! All These are my own feelings....I am a normal person who is a brother to an SBI clerk aspirant. Thank you

I think so there will b no interview.there is some other reason behind d delay.otherwise govt already told dat no interview. After knowing this they wouldnt hv run for written conformation .if they wud hv run ,then they wud hv run fr a small period of time after that result wud hv published by not getting govt.response.they need to hire peopl.why will they delay fr interview.there must b some oder reason

If they really have the intention of declaring the results, they would have been. There might some reason behind this. They might be waiting for the approval of conducting interviews. Then we can assume that the results won't be declared now and then. Better you guys go and start prepaing IBPS exams. Difference between winner and runner is extremely small. After happening of the exam, we can do nothing but regretting for what we did.

Ye jo 23 september 2016 ko sbi ja ka result pakka ajaega bolne wale k confidence par kitno ko bharosa hai .......say yes or no......jishe bharosa hai wo yes type kre.... jishe nai wo no type kre... aur with reason bataenge to zyada better hai....aur jisne ye bola hai wo hmare chief guest wo to zarur reasn btaye qki bhai ap  jese log padai nai krne dete.......... result ki exact date btakr... wo b itne confidence k sath

Guys SBI  hallaboo about interview to give little chance to reco candidate also flip side some candidates missing cutoff just by margin will also get some chance if interviewsÂ
If more buffer to be given to border candidates then they can arrange some skill test alongside psychometric rather than useless 8-9min typical interviews where judgement is highlyÂ
