Is this a scientist level of job to have such a hard selection process. Already main exam level was very high for a clerical cadre job. When govt has said there should be no interview, what is the necessity to conduct interview?

isme to interview rakha hai..ya i know we can't compare sbi to rbi ..but it is assistant post..and i don't know why rbi doesn't follow govt guidelines in case of interview......please share ur thoughts through comments....
May be sbi will also get permission as RBI did today, one of our friends said tat we cannot compare with rbi,, rbi or sbi what ever is an organization or institution or whatever may be works under finance ministry if ministry gives permission to rbi then sbi also demands an explanation on this and hope it will be successful in getting the same. Jus wait rbi posted today and may be in short time sbi may also declare let's wait n see.....

Sbi wont release clerical results until rrb registration is finished
guys Sbi may get permission to conduct interview for the clerk (JA ) coz RBI has released a notifiction for its recruitment of Assistants (notification yet to come) as follows : It has been decided by the Bank to revise the scheme of selection for recruitment of Assistant from the year 2016. Under the revised scheme of selection, there shall be two phase online examination i.e. Preliminary and Main examination followed by Interview. Candidates who shall qualify in Preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the Main examination will subsequently be called for Interview .Â
I forgot to take the system generated print-out of my SBI Clerk application form.. is it very much necessary?
