Case Against SBI Clerk Recruitment in Court: State bank in its eligibility condition had barred loan defaulters to apply for this recruitment.Many candidates with outstanding educational loans were affected by this rule & couldn't register. Citing this rule as unconstitutional, an aspirant from Chennai filed a PIL case against SBI in the court to cancel the clerical recruitment completely. The Judges on June 7, 2016 allowed SBI to continue with the selection process & reserved their final judgement to another date.They had also mentioned that their judgement will have an impact on the results of the entire recruitment process. Why judgement still not delivered?Lawyers in Tamilnadu are on strike for the past 2 months (from June).So the next hearing of this PIL case against SBI is still pending. Only when the court convenes, judges can hear the arguments & pronounce their verdict.
Therefore from what has happened so far, it seems State bank of India is waiting for the court`s judgement based on which they will decide on the next course of action.

Honestly,I didn't have any expectation for results today....but I thought today they(SBI) would at least issue a notification.If we have to wait 3 months for results....then what is the point for taking exam online?...anyway...wish you all the best guys....hope something better will come up....

Frnds..atlast i made a call to crpd to knw d present situation...I askd whether any update regarding ja result..the crpd agent asserted "not yet"... The reply itself cites they r still ambiguous... Again I said "you should give a feedback to d higher authority regardng d situation of d stranded aspirants"...he said "of course"...n disconnected Guys..anything more to add...!
This year Ibps made us wait for 3 months .. sbi is doing that since the past 2 months . So now when i look back and ask myself what did i exactly do in 2016 so far, the answer is 'wait and test my patience level' !!!
