friends ... dont wait for the result. result will be declared with po result around 30 sept. and clerk and po will have almost same joining dates. in case someone is selected in both the exams then he would be allowed to join only one of them

can anyone clear this doubt,everyone say that within 3 years after clearing internal exams we can reach to po,to or equivalent level of post,but will the salary hike be the same? Like for a sbi clerk lets say gross is 3lakh per annum and for po its 13 lakh approx....is this possible?
Is there any chance that vacancies will increase:- because in 2012 recruitment earlier advertised vacancies was around 9000, but they finally recruited around 17000...In 2014 they advertised 5092 ,but actually they recruited 5635 (543 vacancies increased)..so reply in comments..
