Normalisation that I learnt is. If there is 4 shifts of exam. Average of all four shifts are seperately taken. Let these are 82, 88, 92 & 94. Then overall average of all the four shifts taken let it is 91. Now the differences of each shifts average to overall average are taken. In this case it is 91-82, 91-88, 91-92, & 91-94. That is for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th shift these are +9, +3, -1 & -3. So in this way 9 & 3 will be added with the raw marks to all the candidates of 1st and 2nd shift and 1 & 3 will be subtracted from the raw marks of all the 3rd and 4th shifts candidates. Further it is done sectionwise and not on total score as given above. So far normalisation marks has nothing to do with individual accuracy. Please don't go by the data given about all shifts, it is only used for making the things clear. Thank you.

anyone here remember input/output qn ( 26th 1st shift ) [ step v was lik zig zag type ] ??? since new to bank exams ,did not do it... i felt it tough, could anyone tel me how to do it ?? i searched in net for similar pattern qns but only easy i/o qns available.. 😞

Frnds sbi clerk mains ka cutoff bahut cum jayega...first sbi clerk me computer and marketing section nhi tha jisme sub log 35 le aate he.... Dusra reasoning and maths tuff this jo bahut hi jyada tuff thi....... Third in 2014 sbi clerk me story base paper tha jo koi bhi 30 marks score kar sakta he.... Iss bar english po level ki thi or isme normally 20 marks aa skte he.... Or isme to 2 rc the jo paper ka level high kar deta he..... And maths two di one was easy and one was missing di jo jyadatar logo nhi aata he kyuki last year rrb officer se iski entry huy he..... Only 5 approx jo sbi lats year me 10 the.... And ibps me 15 simpli the..... And wooping 25 theory base and geometry base question... Means maths 2014 se sbse jyada tuff tha... And last gk jisme current affairs bilkul kum tha and static and banking sbse jyada tha.. Jise waha bhi bahit marks cum hoge sbke...... Means overall paper was very tuff..... So definitely cutoff bahut jyada nichr jayega..... Jo bil rhe he ki 160 kiye he 145 aa rhe he unko mat suno wo sab gappe wale hote he...... Mera frnd he wo to, 176 krke aaya he... Lekin sabme gappe hi kiue he... So cutoff sabi states ke 120 ke aaspas hi raheha

I confused about one thing when GOI has already ordered to not to conduct interviews on clerical level how can SBI violate the code of conduct..............
