Cut off of pre in Bihar state for OBC and Unreserved is 51.5. Aren't OBC candidates having marks more than unreserved cut off supposed to be selected as an unreserved candidate? So why are both cut offs equal? Anyone

Mujhe to second shift reviews ka intezar hai. Pata nahi ab kya naya shock mile
I took up so much time today for puzzles thinking that at the end there would be computer questions in Logical reasoning section .And because of it I lost atleast 5-10 marks .Attempted only 27 in reasoning .Well how can they change the paper pattern without any notice ? I hope they conduct a retest 😫
