@rajrohit26 i did not attend sail and i had not any idea about written as well as sectional cutoff so during exam i could not solve all 4 sectional at the cut off due to time management and and sir only 1think i like to know how to prepare for non tech how much que from that and which portion should i covered in technical like Machine Power system etc i am not exact idea about technical as well as non tech just little help i am from Electrical engg
@1986_mits well non tech has GK, English and Simple maths. Being an engineer the level of QA which is asked in SAIL should be piece of cake for you. But still if u need to practice u cn go through R C agarwal . For GK, any book be it lucent or arihant will do. English asked is pretty basic.
@mpsaikia dear if u from electrical side so share ur exam stretegy or if other side of electrical so say something about non tech how did u prepere and which section should i read to clear SAIL written in Non tech or tech

friends can any one tell howmany days it will take for complete process from exam to offer letter in terms of days so that i can apply for SAIL 2013
***MT 2013-2014 BE AWARE of FORGERY and CORRUPTION, INTERVIEW MARKS DESICIDED by SAIL athority is 40%,BUT SUPREME COURT OF INDIA GIVEN DESICION FOR MAXIMUM 15% marks for GDΠ for all government jobs.Dont know why they are making it in ratio of 20:20:60.

agar ye hai to how can we know...by the way i was speaking with a senior SAIL executive some days back.. he said the rectt. at BPSCL is a completely independent process..and not related to SAIL rectt. in any way.. if u have more info plzz share...!!
@toto15 it is never being an independent entity the procedure of selection is sometimes from the SAIL and sometimes through its plan.
