Guys if you are confused regarding the filling of forms leave them.At your reporting place they will make sure that all your forms are filled up properly.

So my suggestion is if you are not sure about any point in your form dont fill it except for the character certifiacte that has to be signed by a gadgeted officer and witness signs on annex IIIA & IIIB.

they have also provided very less space for signature and seal of witnesses . sala sab mix ho gaya hai mere annexure par toh.

thanks slender....and what about the attestation of documents?self attested or by gazt. officer?till now i haven't received my offer letter.will there be any problem regarding this.

@reetii Surety will be ur father/guardian , Witness will be a gazetted officer and employer will be a concerned authority from SAIL.

@saurabh0059 see in (iii b ) there is place for witness 1 ,witness 2 in each head (emplouer, guardian surety).i agree that employer is sail employ..but witness as gazetted officer..how plzz check ?

@reetii you see, what i think , its for the SAIL to decide that who'll be witness for them. So what really matters for us is to make sure that we get witness for apprentice and the surety.

@reetii one thing, get the docs. attested by a gazetted officer , bcoz in case it needs to be self attested we can do it anytime. So better get them attested by a gazetted officer.

i haven't received my offer letter......will there be some problem regarding offer letter at the time of joining?

1.Fellows get your character certficate signed by a gadgeted officer.

2.get all your marksheets & certificates attested by a gadgeted officer.

3.Witness at last pages of III A & III B should be gadgetd officer.Dont need two only one sign with seal should do it.

@slendereyes I got the two seals and signatures on annexure. And on III B its a kinda mess over there bcoz of very less space, i hope it won't create a problem
