@deepali.patna ONE OF MY FRND IN SAIL SAID THAT WE DONT GET 40K DURING TRAINING......SO WHICH SOURCE IS RELIABLE???....WE NEARLY GET 37 K IF BOND AMOUNT IS NOT DEDUCTED...LAST YEAR THAT BOND AMOUNT NOT DEDUCTED.

@strugler_6018 if at some point u have entered ur corrct percentage then dt shud nt b an issue i guess... and after spendng so much on u dey wont jus do this... so dnt kick d ass out of u..relax... doc verifiction ke tym pe (on joining) tell dem..i guess dt shud solve d issue.

Hi all

Please somebody help me ..I got selected as SAIL(MT) 2012 & my joining is on 26feb at bokaro plant ..But there is provision of giving 2 months notice period in my company before leaving..I tried to find any contact n. of sail helpline but could not find it.......:-(...should i mail this to them ..( but i think they won't reply sarkaari company....)...ab m kya kru.....??

@impetuous there might be buyout option in your company. you have to pay the remaining days salary amount before leaving.check your leave also,it will be deducted from remaing service period. by the way which company you are in.

@ashishkv Aricent technologies (software company)...Is there any option of delaying the joining...& on our joining date there will be medical only so can i talk to them there...yrr i want to talk to them on telephone..but could not find their HR number...

@impetuous you will get extension fron SAIL..that is sure.rest depends upon you.

@ashishkv thanks man for the reply...this reply has eased my tension .for getting extension i've already sent a mail to them...should i go on 26th at bokaro as i've no contact no. to talk to them..& no reply from their side on email also....

here is what i got response on talking delhi office:
1.we have to report with or without(in case doesnt reach) offer letter to our reporting centers.
2.appear medical and if want extension then submit the application their only.
3.we can get maximum 2 months of extension.
4.we will have induction program after a week from medical.
