Hii guys My analysis of rvunl je paper says that the technical section comprising of 120 marks was a bit easy only if you have good command over the theoretical portion of power systems , machines etc...Out of the given 60 questions their were just 4-6 numericals ..which implies that you might not have cracked GATE exam with a very good rank but still you can take edge here, people preparing on gate pattern might have faced some problem as the questions were more on facts and less on concepts so do not expect that they would have made extraordinary performance. Regarding marks top 10-15 candidates would definitely have scored 97+ in technical portion,but when we talk of mean of technical scores anything above 88+ would be a very good score ... On average non technical marks 88+ can lead to selection in final list of 108 candidates.I myself have found that since the level of paper was quite easy and people took more attempts even the bests have made mistakes.
