Bhai log, those who have taken CA TA clrk GG in top order as their preference and their score is such which rrb knows that he has already qualified for any of the 4 , he will not be called for pycho typing, and so his reg no will not be there in the list, just to make it clear so that the aspirant may not think he hasn't cleared the exam
